Q: There’s more bitcoin in my wallet than Clarity is allowing me to trade.
A:

To help protect your investment in bitcoin and the bitcoin market as a whole, we only allow you to trade 95% of the maximum value of your exchange wallet. This may change in the future, but again, we are in private beta and want to make sure we are doing our best to promote health of the bitcoin economy while protecting your digital assets.

Q: I successfully entered my API keys from Bitfinex, but my account balances are still showing ‘zero’.
A:

This does happen for some users and is an issue we are working on currently. Even though it isn’t displaying on your dashboard, Clarity may very well still be connected to your wallet and actively monitoring your bitcoin. To fix this, begin by logging out and back in to your account.

This could also be an issue caused by browser caching. Try clearing your browser cache, doing a hard refresh on your browser (normally SHIFT+CTR+R on PC or SHIFT+CMD+R on mac), or try logging in to clarity using a private browser session, such as an incognito window in Google Chrome.
