Welcome to Clarity!

We are excited to have you on board as a beta tester for the Clarity Currency web app! No doubt you might have some questions and need help along the way. We’ve created this knowledgebase for you as a primer to help you quickly find answers to some common questions. Browse through common topics here and let us know if you have a question to which you can’t find an answer.

Using Support

Please note that this software is still in private beta. This means that you are a product tester for a product that is not in live production or availible to the public. As such, we are still working out the kinks and adding important features. So this may not feel like a full-featured web application that you are used to, just yet.

That said, if you do find any issues, bugs, or kinks, or if you have a feature request that you think would make Clarity better for you, please use our support form to let us know.


Getting Started

There are 3 three things we’ll need you to do in order to get your Clarity account up and running:

  1. Purchase bitcoin (we recommend using Coinbase)
  2. Setup and deposit your bitcoin into an exchange account
  3. Integrate your exchange account with Clarity

If you haven’t completed any or all of these, don’t worry. We will take you step-by-step through the process of getting these setup and integrated with your Clarity account.
